Hosting
This website runs on Cloudflare Workers, a service of Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you open our pages, Cloudflare processes technically necessary access data: your IP address, the address requested, the date and time of the request, and details of your browser and operating system. This data serves to deliver the pages, to defend against automated attacks and to diagnose faults; we do not combine it with other data sources and build no user profile from it. Information you submit through the contact form is stored in a database of the Cloudflare D1 service. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the secure and reliable provision of this website. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Cloudflare. The transfer of data to the USA is based on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. Further information is available in Cloudflare's privacy policy at https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/.
Inquiries via contact form, phone, email or other communication channels
When you submit inquiries to us, your information, including the contact details you provide, will be stored for the purpose of processing the inquiry and for any follow-up questions. We will not share this data with third parties without your consent, with the exception of the processors named in this privacy policy, who process it solely on our behalf. If your inquiry has been answered, no order has been placed, and there are no open follow-up questions, your data will be deleted within 3 months at the latest. If this inquiry results in an order with a subsequent purchase contract, your information will be stored until the statutory limitation period expires. The legal retention period for data related to contract execution is generally 10 years.
